What if my area takes a while?

You pay nothing for leads until it's live. Covering more zip codes usually gets you live sooner. The $297 is non-refundable.

Are the leads exclusive?

A homeowner can pick more than one roofer, and each one they pick gets their details. Roofers they didn't pick never do, and nothing is resold.

Who sets the price homeowners see?

You do. You set your price per square for each material, plus any steep roof surcharge. The final price is confirmed at your inspection.

Is there a contract?

No. No monthly fees and no minimum term. Turn auto-billing off or cancel in your portal at any time.

What's auto-billing?

When your balance is down to one lead, we recharge your card for your pack (default 4 leads, $600) so you never go offline. It keeps your $150 price locked and gets you the first lead free.
